Returns / Exchanges

Thank you for your order...We want you to be happy. It's that simple. We can't imagine why you would need to return or exchange an item, but if you must...’

You have 7 days to return, or exchange the same item for a different color or size (as long as it is the same price or lower). We will give you a full refund (or any difference in the case of exchange) by the same method you used to pay. Please allow 10 business days from the date we receive any returned item for this credit to appear on your account. We highly recommend you to use an insured service (we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged packages). It is imperative that the items are returned clean and unused.


How to return your item:


  1. Pack your item in its original packaging with all tags in place.
  2. Email using the subject line RETURNS, with the reason you would like to return your item

  4. Remember to get a tracking or postage receipt from the post office or delivery company

Shipping Errors / Damages

Sometimes errors or damages occur during the shipping process even though we do our best to deliver your item in picture-perfect condition. We’re human!    
  1. All damage/error claims must be received within 48 hours of receipt of the item.

  3. We will arrange for a speedy replacement or return of the item!
